My role as the Senior Coordinator for Family Child Care (FCC) is to provide equitable coaching, technical assistance, and support to contracted FCC providers. Utilizing PSESDs internal resources(Mental Health, Disabilities, Dual Language Learners) when needed to enhance FCC program services and individualized support to children. Ensuring equitable education opportunities, sustainable child development, elevating academic outcomes, and establishing cohesive early learning systems. 

Natasha Roberts - Program Manager, Direct Services

My role as Program Manager, Direct Service is to oversee all operations and implementation of services for our contracted Family Childcare Providers. I support our Family Educator and Senior Coordinator in delivering high quality supports to providers, children and families.

Kristy Williams- Family Educator

The FCC Family Educator’s (FE) role includes providing quality, comprehensive, center/homebased child development, family support and health/nutrition services for infants/toddlers or preschoolers and their families; providing support, training and case management to assist parents in meeting the needs of their children; enhancing parents roles as the primary influence on a child’s education and development, and encouraging parents involvement in educational planning, goal setting and activities.
